About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for one of our key product lines. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our company's growth and market leadership by delivering innovative and valuable solutions to our customers. This on-site role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

What You'll Work On

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.
• Translate user needs and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to optimize product value and ROI.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and iterating on the product based on user feedback and market trends.
• Serve as the product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

What We're Looking For

• You have experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Your background includes experience in a related industry or domain, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• You have experience working in an agile development environment.
• You possess knowledge of product management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• You are familiar with the software development lifecycle and agile development practices.
• You have an understanding of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
• Your communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are excellent.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• You can influence and lead without direct authority.
• Fluent English and Swedish is a requirement for this role.

Our Hiring Process

• Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete logic/reasoning and personality tests to help us understand your cognitive abilities and work style.
• TA Interview: You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your communication skills, teamwork abilities, and previous experiences.
• HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your product strategy, roadmap development experience, and market research skills, as well as review a work sample to assess your agile development and data analysis skills.
• Work Sample Presentation: You'll present a work sample to demonstrate your skills in product strategy, market analysis, and agile development.
