About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm and help us craft user-centered designs for our advertising products. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience and driving the success of our advertising solutions. This is an on-site position.

What You'll Work On

• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify user needs and pain points related to our advertising products, ensuring our designs are always user-focused.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate your design ideas and solutions to the team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure your designs are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with our overall product strategy.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for ad creation, targeting, and reporting tools, always focusing on simplicity and efficiency to enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistency across all our advertising products.
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to other designers to maintain our high standards of design quality.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented designs, using data to inform future design iterations and improvements, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in advertising design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

What We're Looking For

• You have experience in product design, ideally with a focus on advertising or marketing technology.
• You have experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Your portfolio showcases strong visual design skills and a user-centered design thinking approach.
• You are proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• You possess knowledge of advertising platforms, ad formats, and targeting strategies.
• You are familiar with user interface design principles and best practices for web and mobile applications.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• You are able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our Hiring Process

• Psychometric Assessments: You will complete personality and logic/reasoning tests.
• HM Interview: You will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your experience with Figma, and Claude Code.
• Work Sample Interview: You will present a work sample and discuss your experience with user testing and user interviews.
• Final Interview: A final interview with the hiring manager to align on expectations.
