About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining key software applications, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance. This is an on-site position, offering you the opportunity to work directly with our team.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet project requirements and are aligned with our company's goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new and exciting features that enhance our software's capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and contributing to our code repository.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards, ensuring our codebase remains robust and reliable.
• Assist in the planning and execution of software releases, contributing to the successful deployment of new features and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in software development or a related field, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Our Hiring Process

• Stage 1: Inbox. Your application will be reviewed to assess your experience with Java, Python, or C++, and your background in software development.
• Stage 2: Psychometrics. You will complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test.
• Stage 3: TA Interview. This stage includes a technical interview to assess your software development, design, and release management skills, as well as your problem-solving and analytical abilities. There will also be an interview to evaluate your communication, teamwork, and time management skills, and a work sample assessment to test your debugging, coding, and code review skills.
• Stage 4: HM Interview. This stage includes a technical interview to assess your software development, design, and release management skills, as well as your problem-solving and analytical abilities.
