Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of a critical problem area within our product. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering impactful solutions that address customer needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our product's value and improving team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for a specific area, aligning with overall company strategy and goals.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

• Conduct thorough customer discovery, including interviews, workflow mapping, and assumption validation, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs to maximize value and ensure timely delivery.

• Define and track key success metrics, monitoring product performance and iterating based on data and feedback.

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Actively participate in the execution of product initiatives, including writing tickets, reviewing flows, and QA testing key user journeys.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Requirements)

1. Prior Experience

   • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

   • Experience working on products used daily by operations-heavy teams is highly desirable.

   • A track record of successfully owning a product area end-to-end and delivering measurable results.

2. Specific Knowledge Areas

   • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data-heavy features (analytics, reporting).

   • Knowledge of product discovery methodologies and best practices.

   • Understanding of agile development processes and tools.

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down vague goals into clear outcomes and milestones.
