We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Junior Product Manager to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants to contribute to product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams, and support the delivery of customer-focused features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.

• Participate in user research, gather feedback, and synthesize insights to inform feature development.

• Assist in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination with engineering and design teams.

• Help track product metrics, monitor progress, and prepare status updates for the team.

• Contribute to QA activities, test plans, and verification of implemented features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in product, project management, business analysis, UX, or a related role.

• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document requirements clearly.

• Analytical mindset with familiarity with metrics, data analysis, or a willingness to learn tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or product analytics platforms.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience using product or project tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.

• Basic wireframing or prototyping skills (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq).

• Prior exposure to customer research or usability testing.
