About the role
We're looking for a skilled ATS Integrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting our Applicant Tracking System with other critical HR and business platforms. This position is essential for ensuring seamless data flow, optimizing our recruitment processes, and maintaining data integrity across all systems. This is an on-site role based at our office, where you'll collaborate closely with our teams.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and maintain robust integrations between our ATS and various HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and onboarding platforms.
- Customize integration workflows to perfectly align with our unique business requirements, significantly improving data flow efficiency.
- Proactively troubleshoot and swiftly resolve any integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our vital recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure all solutions align with our strategic business goals.
- Monitor integration performance and data accuracy diligently, implementing continuous improvements to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
- Create and meticulously maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, covering setup procedures, troubleshooting guides, and clear data flow diagrams.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current with ATS updates and emerging integration technologies, recommending and implementing valuable upgrades as appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- Experience that matters: You have a solid background in HR technology, with a specific focus on Applicant Tracking Systems and their integrations. You're comfortable working with APIs, data mapping, and complex system integrations, and you've managed projects with cross-functional teams.
- Technical proficiency: You're proficient with leading Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and possess knowledge of various data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). Familiarity with HR processes and data management best practices is also key.
- Skills for success: You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly troubleshoot integration challenges. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, with a keen focus on data accuracy and system reliability, and you can manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Our Hiring Process

- Psychometrics: You'll be invited to complete a personality test and a logic test to help us understand your working style and problem-solving approach.
- TA Interview: You'll have a conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, where we'll discuss your collaboration skills, interpersonal communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your expertise in system integration, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, data quality management, data integration, and data management.
- Work Sample: You'll participate in an interview that includes a work sample component, allowing you to showcase your skills in process improvement, technical documentation, API usage, data mapping, and your proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
