About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our TT Test platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative testing solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to our company's success. This is an on-site position, and the location will be specified by the company.
What You'll Work On
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the TT Test platform, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
What We're Looking For
- You have experience in product management, preferably in the software testing or related industry.
- You have a background working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- You have experience in defining and launching successful software products.
- You possess knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- You are familiar with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
- You understand market trends and the competitive landscape in the software testing industry.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable plans.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different teams.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test to help us understand your working style and cognitive abilities.
- Stage 2: TA Interview: You'll meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role. You may also be asked to present a work sample.
- Stage 3: HM Interview: You'll interview with the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your skills and experience, and how they align with the requirements of the role. You may also be asked to present a work sample.
- Stage 4: Work Sample Presentation: You'll present a work sample to demonstrate your abilities and approach to problem-solving. This will be followed by a discussion with the hiring team.
