About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining our software applications. In this role, you will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization by creating high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. This is an on-site position.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain software applications according to specifications and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to facilitate maintainability and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of software to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Deploy applications to production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve existing systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in software development, with a focus on designing, coding, and testing applications.
• A background in working with various software development methodologies and tools.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Our Hiring Process

• Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete logic/reasoning and personality tests.
• Coding Test: You will be asked to complete a coding test.
• TA Interview: Discuss your experience and skills with our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on your collaboration and communication abilities.
• HM Interview: A more in-depth interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your technical expertise and how you can contribute to our team.
