About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our new TT integrations. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our integration projects and ensuring seamless operations. This is an on-site position.
What You'll Work On
- Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of new TT integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in managing complex integration projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
