About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build lasting relationships with our customers and ensure they achieve their goals using our products and services. As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our company. This on-site role is based in [Company to specify].
What You'll Work On
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with your assigned customers, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Dive deep to understand your customers' unique goals, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and support to help them succeed.
- Onboard new customers with engaging training sessions, empowering them to effectively use our products and services from day one.
- Keep a close eye on customer usage patterns, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion to drive mutual growth.
- Be a passionate advocate for your customers internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and continuously improve their experience.
What We're Looking For
- You have prior experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or sales, ideally within the software or technology industry.
- You possess a solid understanding of customer success principles and practices, with proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills allow you to build rapport and deliver impactful presentations.
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling you to identify and address customer challenges effectively.
- You thrive both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Inbox. You'll start with a readiness screening to ensure a mutual fit.
- Stage 2: Psychometrics. This stage includes a personality test and a logic/reasoning test to assess your strengths.
- Stage 3: TA Interview. You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team for interviews, where we'll evaluate your communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, as well as your presentation and problem-solving abilities through work samples.
- Stage 4: HM Interview. You'll then meet with the Hiring Manager for interviews, where we'll assess your customer success experience, CRM software knowledge, and analytical skills, along with further evaluation of your presentation and problem-solving abilities through work samples.
- Stage 5: Work sample. This stage includes interviews to assess your customer success experience, CRM software knowledge, and analytical skills, along with further evaluation of your presentation and problem-solving abilities through work samples.
