About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing. This is an on-site position, located in [Company to specify].

What You'll Work On

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to deeply understand user needs and pain points, informing design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate your design ideas and vision.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all our products.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, data analysis, and valuable feedback from stakeholders, continuously improving the user experience.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire product development process, advocating for the user at every stage.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Our Hiring Process

• HM Interview: An interview with the Hiring Manager to explore your experience with user research, data analysis, user-centered design principles, and decision-making processes.
• Work Sample Review: A deep dive into your portfolio to assess your design system knowledge, wireframing and prototyping skills, usability testing experience, visual design capabilities, and problem-solving approach.
• Final Interview: A final discussion to align on expectations and ensure a great fit for both you and our team.
