About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM, you will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success with our products/services. This is an on-site role where you'll be based in the office, collaborating closely with your colleagues.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with your assigned customers, becoming their go-to person.
- Dive deep into understanding customer goals and challenges, aligning our offerings to help them achieve success.
- Proactively monitor customer usage, identifying opportunities to increase adoption and demonstrate value.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, share updates, and gather valuable feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve issues and champion customer needs.
- Design and deliver training and onboarding programs to empower customers to use our products effectively.
- Track and report on key metrics like retention rate and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint within existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
What We're Looking For
- You have experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or sales.
- You've worked with SaaS or other technology products/services.
- You have a track record of managing a portfolio of customer accounts and driving positive outcomes.
- You possess a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms is a plus.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- You're a strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.
- You thrive in building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels.
- You're able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- You excel at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Psychometric Assessments: You will complete logic/reasoning and personality tests to help us understand your strengths.
- Stage 2: TA Interview: You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, skills, and experience, as well as your communication style and teamwork abilities. You may also be asked to provide a work sample.
- Stage 3: HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience with customer needs analysis, business reviews, KPIs, and your problem-solving and analytical skills. You may also be asked to provide a work sample.
- Stage 4: Work Sample: You will be asked to provide a work sample.
