About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Stockholm. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new leads for our sales team. This is an on-site role where you'll directly contribute to the company's overall sales targets and market expansion strategy.
What You'll Work On
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage potential customers, turning them into qualified leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and business requirements, ensuring a strong fit with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team, facilitating the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, contributing to overall team success.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organisations, enabling targeted outreach and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities, keeping us ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
- Experience with outbound sales techniques and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification process.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Our Hiring Process
- Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete logic/reasoning and personality tests to help us understand your cognitive abilities and work style.
- TA Interview: You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, skills (including communication, interpersonal, presentation, organisational, and time management skills), and experience with lead generation, lead qualification, CRM software, and sales methodologies. You'll also be asked to provide a work sample to demonstrate your persuasion and record-keeping abilities.
- HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager for a more in-depth discussion about the role, your experience, and how you can contribute to our team. This interview will cover similar topics as the TA interview, including your skills and a work sample.
- Work Sample Presentation: You will present a work sample to demonstrate your skills in lead generation, lead qualification, CRM software, sales methodologies, persuasion, and record keeping.
