About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products/services to potential clients, and directly contributing to the company's overall sales targets and market expansion strategy.
What You'll Work On
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and business requirements, ensuring a strong fit with our offerings.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team, facilitating the next steps in the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and efficient tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, contributing to a cohesive and impactful approach.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organisations, enabling targeted and effective outreach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a sales, customer service, or related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and lead generation, demonstrating your ability to proactively identify and engage potential customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic, driving you to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test to help us understand your working style and cognitive abilities.
- Stage 2: TA Interview: You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your collaboration, communication, presentation, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You'll also be asked to provide a work sample to demonstrate your meeting booking, sales techniques, persuasion, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Stage 3: HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your prospecting, lead qualification, CRM, sales strategy, and decision-maker identification skills. You'll also be asked to provide a work sample to demonstrate your meeting booking, sales techniques, persuasion, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Stage 4: Work Sample: You'll be asked to provide a work sample to demonstrate your meeting booking, sales techniques, persuasion, negotiation, and organisational skills.
