About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Test Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying defects and ensuring our products meet the required standards. This is an on-site position.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications and requirements.

• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and testing needs, fostering a team-oriented approach.

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, to ensure comprehensive coverage.

• Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and findings, contributing to informed decision-making.

• Participate in test environment setup and maintenance, ensuring availability and proper configuration for efficient testing.

• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in software testing or a related field, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.

• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Our Hiring Process

• Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete a personality test and a logic/reasoning test to help us understand your working style and cognitive abilities.

• TA Interview: You'll meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role, and potentially review a work sample.

• HM Interview: You'll have an interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss the role in more detail, your technical skills, and how you can contribute to our team, and potentially review a work sample.
