Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Psychometrics. You will complete a Logic/Reasoning Test and a Personality Test to help us understand your cognitive abilities and personality traits.
- Stage 2: TA Interview. You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team for an interview and a work sample assessment, where we'll discuss your collaboration, communication, team management, interpersonal skills, team leadership, problem-solving, reporting, decision-making, time management, process improvement, and planning abilities.
- Stage 3: HM Interview. You'll have an interview with the Hiring Manager, including a work sample assessment, to evaluate your project management, resource management, budget management, performance management, and compliance skills.
- Stage 4: Work Sample. You will be asked to provide a work sample to further demonstrate your skills.
