About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and driven PM Test Ting to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and analysis. In this role, you will play a critical part in the product development lifecycle, identifying defects and contributing to the overall improvement of product performance and user experience. This is an on-site role.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionality and testing requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Participate in the review of product documentation and user manuals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of different testing techniques and when to apply them is a plus.

Our Hiring Process

• Psychometric Assessments: You'll complete logic/reasoning and personality tests.
• TA Interview: You'll meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience with test planning, defect tracking, and technical documentation, as well as your planning, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• HM Interview: You'll meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience with software testing, test management, testing techniques, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
• Work Sample: You'll be asked to provide a work sample to demonstrate your skills in test planning, defect tracking, and test reporting.
