About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a "jj" in our office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various projects and ensuring smooth operations. This is an on-site position. 🏢

Our Hiring Process
- Psychometric Assessment: You'll complete a logic/reasoning test and a personality test to help us understand your cognitive abilities and work style. 🤔
- TA Interview: You'll meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. 💬
- HM Interview: You'll then meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management abilities. 💡
