We are searching for reliable individuals to join our team as a machine operator. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, maintain high-quality standards, and support our team’s manufacturing goals. Machine Operator Responsibilities - Equipment Operation and Production

  • Operate and monitor machines according to established procedures and safety protocols
  • Set up machines prior to production runs and perform necessary adjustments
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to supervisors
  • Document production details and complete work logs accurately

Machine Operator Qualifications - Skills and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to50 lbs as needed
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
