We are seeking a talented Product Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our cutting-edge products.

With 15 patents and 30+ customers globally, we are entering the next phase of our company. Just moving into a brand new office and production facility in central Norrköping and working with exciting clients on a global market.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our team to play a pivotal role in leading various aspects of the development of our product offering to the polymer capacitor and battery markets.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesis, production and characterization of large batches of conjugated polymers
• Conduct upscale activities, optimize synthesis protocols and establish standard operating procedures
• Develop, characterize and optimize ink formulations for solution deposition techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of materials to ensure quality and performance
• Drive product development initiatives towards energy storage and energy harvesting applications
• Contribute to development activities to support future product enhancements.
• Contribute to IP development and patent activities.

Requirements:

• PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry or a related field.
• Preferably experience in organic electronics and characterization.
• Strong background in product development, material science, and R&D activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with start-up experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

The role requires a hands-on presence in our facility in Norrköping, Sweden.
