Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architecture and Engineering Professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design: Develop and produce architectural designs, plans, and drawings that meet client requirements, functional specifications, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and economically viable.
2. Engineering Solutions: Apply engineering principles to analyze, design, and develop innovative solutions for construction projects. Collaborate with engineers to integrate structural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering aspects into architectural designs.
3. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to establish project goals, budgets, and timelines. Monitor project progress, resolve design issues, and provide technical support throughout the construction process. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Code Compliance: Stay up to date with local, national, and international building codes, regulations, and standards. Ensure all designs and construction plans meet the required legal and safety requirements.
5. Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget constraints. Present design proposals, provide expert advice, and address client concerns. Foster positive and productive relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced architectural and engineering software tools, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and simulation tools, to create accurate and detailed designs. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in architecture and engineering.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of design elements. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide expertise in architectural and engineering aspects.
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of architectural and engineering plans to identify and resolve potential design issues. Ensure designs meet quality standards, structural integrity, and functional requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture or engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural and engineering design, preferably in diverse construction projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and building codes/regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
