Do you want to work with projects related to Industry 4.0 and Automation? To our Customer Center Nordic, we are now seeking a Project Manager with a can-do attitude to take on a role supporting a wide range of customers from both the automotive and general industries.

The role
Your mission will be to ensure sustainable and profitable growth through the delivery of projects with maximum customer satisfaction, projects include customized tightening solutions consisting of both hardware and software interfaces. You will work closely with the sales team to develop key accounts, focusing on customer loyalty to become and remain their innovation partner.

Reporting to the Motor Vehicle Industry team in Sweden and part of the Project team in Nacka, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Business Development Managers, Marketing, Service, customers, and key suppliers. By leveraging their support, you will become a "First in mind, First in choice" partner for our customers.

Your primary tasks will involve offering engineered solutions that add value to our customers, including total solutions that create differentiation through error-proofing and automation. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficient project management, from order to invoice, including KPI follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, profitability, and productivity. You will also manage orders and deliveries of standard and special parts from sub-suppliers and partners while delivering project documentation based on customers' requests, including risk analysis.

You will contribute to the growth of our business by exploring new opportunities, such as flexible automation and you embrace a digital approach to innovate in all aspects of your work, including daily business, communications, and customized solutions.

What we expect of you
We believe that you thrive in an innovative, fast-paced, cross-functional work environment with a family-like culture. In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have experience working within industry, manufacturing assembly engineering is particularly relevant to the role and seen as a plus. In addition to that you have experience within either project management, sales/marketing or service of technical, industrial systems, with high level of customer orientation. In addition, fluency in Swedish and English is required, and additional Nordic languages would be a bonus. A technical academic degree in Engineering or a related field is also essential.

We want you to recognize yourself as a quick learner with an understanding of technical contexts, a communicative person who can build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external and are driven, structured, self-sufficient, and can work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Location & reporting
The position has its base in our headquarters in Sickla/Nacka, 8 minutes from Central Stockholm. We have offices in other parts of Sweden and the Nordic countries, and you will work with colleagues spread across the Nordics. Travel will during periods be part of your work, especially in the East of Sweden, and sometimes within the Nordic region.

Your manager will be Jani Tasala, Project Office Manager, based in Örebro, Sweden.
